1) this is a short work from home productivity tips presentation by a team at uc berkeley that they prepared and gave to a large corporation but that I am told is the version that is authorized to distribute to anyone–I found it enormously helpful especially in terms of how to focus and also fyi there is a segment on working from home with children. you do have to put in your email to automatically get the link to the video.
2) core conditioning workout –I love this workout with exercise ball and weights– very great for keeping the core strong. — I do the beginning and end on 1X replay and the middle on 2X replay with sound off because its 2 slow for me. In so doing it becomes a 25 minute workout instead of 45.
3) i’ve also been enjoying this hip hop dance exercise video which breaks down and then speeds up hip hop dance moves–I think it’s secret title might be hip hop moves for white people but actually it was created for school education so maybe it has broader appeal.
