i notice that i have been in another wave of preoccupation with what other people are doing wrong with covid-19.
i have joined in the focus on how terrible it is that the president took so long to wear the mask and continues to minimize and downplay the crisis.
i have judged others for not wearing masks.
i have judged others for wearing masks.
i have judged others for leaving their homes too much.
i have judged others for not leaving their homes enough.
i have judged others for being cavalier.
i have judged others for being too cautious.
it is an old spiritual adage that for every single finger i’m pointing at others there are three fingers pointing back at me.
so today, as you’ll see on the video, i’m following those fingers in the direction of healing. i’m using the access consciousness tools of “interesting point of view, i have that point of view” and the access consciousness “clearing statement” to clear all these judgments.
